1. Returns

1.1. *Eligibility:* You may return most new, unworn footwear purchased from MiraMist® within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

1.2. *Condition of Items:* To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.

2. Return Process

2.1. *Initiating a Return:* To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at miramist.official@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Please provide your order number and details about the items you wish to return.

2.2. *Return Shipping:* You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

2.3. *Return Address:* Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with the return shipping address.

3. Refunds

3.1. *Processing Time:* Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

3.2. *Refund Timeline:* If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7 working days.
